Harvest Ridge is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted knife created by Dry Creek Bladeworks specifically for the 2026 Thanksgiving Knife Auction.

The blade is crafted from Blue Ridge San Mai by Baker Forge & Tool, combining a high-carbon Hitachi Blue #2 steel core with contrasting outer layers that reveal the distinctive character of the San Mai construction.

The handle features highly figured stabilized curly mango, selected for its rich color, dramatic movement, and natural depth. The handle is complemented by G10 liners and spacers and finished with custom mosaic pins made from multiple metals.

Every element of Harvest Ridge was selected and finished by hand, creating a functional knife that is also completely unique—there will never be another exactly like it.
